The T-Audit team will inform the school in advance of the audit dates, giving your school ample time to prepare for the audit. The team would require access to the campus, relevant information and the opportunity to speak to key stakeholders, in order to gain a complete understanding of your school’s vision, legacy, culture and operations. We have a carefully planned and streamlined process, that will ensure your precious time is utilised optimally.

Overview of T-Audit
The T-Audit caters to the following three aspects of your K-12 schools and the various areas of improvement that come under them:
T-Audit tiers
The T-Audit framework offers three different tiers, based on your school’s requirements. It can be utilised solely to gain valuable insights into your school’s operations. TES can further help you with recommendations for modifying your policies and procedures and/or implementing them in a collaborative fashion.
Flow of T-Audit
Expectations from the school being audited
- Senior School coordinator should coordinate between the T-Audit team & school
- T-Audit team must be provided access to physical space of the school
- T-Audit team must be given access to all school documents (Financial & Non-Financial)
- School should meet all timelines as laid down by audit team
- School should maintain institutional integrity and should always represent itself accurately
- The entire auditing process will take a minimum of 2 weeks starting from the day of agreement signed.
