Location is crucial while trying to setup a preschool. Apart from having enough area to setup and run a school, one needs to ensure that your preschool is located in a place close to locations where you are likely to get enrolments from families living in the surrounding area. Ideally, it should be in a residential locality.
You will need 3000 to 5000 sq. ft of carpet area, which is distinct and separated from any living area.
10 to 20 lakhs of infrastructure investment will be required to start a preschool. The figures may increase based on the type of city and locality.
The minimum franchise period is 5 years. After the franchise period, the franchisee may choose to renew the franchise agreement and extend it.
