Greshma believes that – “For any child, life remains a sea full of rich experiences just waiting to be explored.” As an educator, she would like to become that sea for them. She feels that if a child can’t learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn.

Keeping this in mind, she helps preschools develop the curriculum and upgrade their current curriculum.She is a fervent early year educator.  Her degrees in Human Development and School Counselling has trained her to become a passionate educator for over 10 years and is  continuing her work as a Operations Head at Trio – Tots, preschool.

Her expertise lies in setting up preschool and developing preschool curriculum and activities.Along with her work as Operations Head, she also supports children with Phonetics, wherein she conduct Phonetics workshops and classes for Children & Teachers.
